Shredded Chicken Tacos (Foodi / Insta-pot)

Directions

  1. Cut excess fat off chicken, squeeze lime juice over each side and sprinkle Lawry’s, adobo and crushed red pepper.
  2. Put into pressure cooker and cover with salsa, cover the base of the cooker as well to help with keeping pressure.
  3. Pressure cook on high setting for 25 min.
  4. Quick release the pressure.
  5. Use coated or wooden tongs to shred the chicken.
  6. Set to saute or similar setting (maybe add the veggies before pressure cooking or saute on the side?)
    • current way soaked up excess juice after cooking
  7. Add veggies, cook until veggies are done to your liking.
  8. ………. Make the tacos………..
