Fresh French Fries (Air Fryer)

Ingredients

  • 5-6 Russet Potatoes
  • 2-3 Tbs Olive oil
  • Seasonings – salt, garlic salt, any fry seasonings that you enjoy

Directions

  1. Cut the Potatoes long ways (“french style”) and line them out on laid out paper towels, or a drying rack.
  2. Once they are all cut up pat them dry to get them as try as possible.
  3. Put into bowl with olive oil and some of the seasonings that are being used.
  4. Put into air fryer and cook for a 20-23 minutes at 390 degrees, stirring / flipping them every 7 min or so (3 times).
  5. Once done add some additional seasoning and serve.
  6. Can be easily re-heated in the air fryer.
