Ingredients
- 5-6 Russet Potatoes
- 2-3 Tbs Olive oil
- Seasonings – salt, garlic salt, any fry seasonings that you enjoy
Directions
- Cut the Potatoes long ways (“french style”) and line them out on laid out paper towels, or a drying rack.
- Once they are all cut up pat them dry to get them as try as possible.
- Put into bowl with olive oil and some of the seasonings that are being used.
- Put into air fryer and cook for a 20-23 minutes at 390 degrees, stirring / flipping them every 7 min or so (3 times).
- Once done add some additional seasoning and serve.
- Can be easily re-heated in the air fryer.
