Directions
- Cut excess fat off chicken, squeeze lime juice over each side and sprinkle Lawry’s, adobo and crushed red pepper.
- Put into pressure cooker and cover with salsa, cover the base of the cooker as well to help with keeping pressure.
- Pressure cook on high setting for 25 min.
- Quick release the pressure.
- Use coated or wooden tongs to shred the chicken.
- Set to saute or similar setting (maybe add the veggies before pressure cooking or saute on the side?)
- current way soaked up excess juice after cooking
- Add veggies, cook until veggies are done to your liking.
