Pork Tenderloin (Foodi)

Ingredients

  • Pork Tenderloin cuts – 2 1.5lbs cuts worked well
  • 1 cup beef or vegetable stock (want to try apple juice)
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • garlic
  • Lawry’s garlic salt

Instructions

  • Place rack so that is is low to the bottom on the pan.
  • add stock / apple juice
  • coat pork in garlic, onion and seasonings (if using apple juice, maybe soak in that first?)
  • Place pork onto rack
  • pressure cook on high for 18 minutes.
  • Let natural release for 3 min then quick release or natural all the way and can keep in the cooker to keep warm until ready to serve.
