Ingredients
- Pork Tenderloin cuts – 2 1.5lbs cuts worked well
- 1 cup beef or vegetable stock (want to try apple juice)
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- garlic
- Lawry’s garlic salt
Instructions
- Place rack so that is is low to the bottom on the pan.
- add stock / apple juice
- coat pork in garlic, onion and seasonings (if using apple juice, maybe soak in that first?)
- Place pork onto rack
- pressure cook on high for 18 minutes.
- Let natural release for 3 min then quick release or natural all the way and can keep in the cooker to keep warm until ready to serve.
